And we put our first piece of furniture together from IKEA! We are so good! Doug would be proud.....hahahahaha

Even with all the mess, your apartment is really cute! It looks like you have some nice furniture too, especially compared to Merritt and I when we were first married. How come you have 4 kitchen towels out? Haha.
so that's funny because when russ told me you guys got your furniture from ikea, i thought to myself, "i wonder if they can put that stuff together". congrats! i never have to worry about that stuff because marcus is really handy with tools. he can put together anything. anyways, i love you!

(of Selena, too!) Russ is really good at looking at something and seeing the "big picture"; He can visualize how things should be, and then figure out a way to do them. I remember when he and his dad moved the big brown couch down to the basement; it was Russ that finally figured out what they would have to do to get it through the door. Your apt looks like a nice place...even with the "clutter"; don't stress over it all...just do as much as you can each day, and eventually it will all get put away. Are you sure you want us to bring more stuff? I went over and got the rest of your gifts tonight. When I looked at the picture of your bedroom, my only thought was...it still looks better than Russell's bedroom most of the time when he was living at home! Looking forward to seeing you later this week! Love you both!
oh man you make me feel so much better about myself. our house looks pretty dang similar...especially the bedroom situation. i know you will make it a cute place. i wonder if you will let your room get as messy as it used to get in Flagstaff...remember that suitcase that was in front of your door for 2+ months? good times. you guys are cute. i love your wedding pictures online, by the way. i have already looked through them twice!!!!!!!!!!!!
